Items of Importance

For the Brides who have no idea what parts of the wedding to plan first! Check out my top three items of importance:

1. Venue⛪️: VENUES. BOOK. UP. SO. FAST. Most venues, especially popular ones, will book out over a year in advance of a couples chosen wedding date. Let the excitement and joy of your engagement settle in for a few weeks, then hop on this!! If able, tour at least 3 venues in person 👫🏼 Seeing it with your own eyes is SO different than viewing pictures online.

2. Photographer📸: Your pictures will be THE reflection of your wedding day. They will be displayed in frames, given as gifts, and shared across social media. They are precious and irreplaceable. With that being said, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Make sure this vender is the perfect fit for you and your needs. You can’t go back and re-live this day once it’s over! Pictures are forever 💖

3. The Dress👗: Currently, wedding dresses take 6-8 months to arrive. Dresses are crafted from scratch for each individual bride and custom gowns can take even longer to land in your hands, 7-9 months. On top of that, you also have alterations 🪡 which, on average, take 9-12 weeks. So, it’s never too early to shop for your dress!

Personal advice: Don’t feel like you have to shop at 100 different stores to find “the one”. 70% of Brides find their gown at the first store! When you know, YOU KNOW 👰🏼
